A few things to know about doing business with ForSoapmakers.com.
If you pay by credit card or PayPal, you may notice that the business name is S&M Enterprises. Orders with Arkansas billing addresses are subject to a 9% sales tax.
Usability of Products
We sell products, bottles, tubes and ingredients that are all useable. That does not mean, however, that they are definitely right for your application or product. It is our responsibility to send you products in good condition; it is your responsibility to ensure they are what you need for your application.
Because ingredients can be contaminated once they are outside our control, we cannot accept returns on any ingredient products. If you are unsure if the ingredient will work for you, please order a small amount to work with before you place a larger order.
In the same way, malibu tubes and foam pump bottles work for some applications, but not for others. If you are unsure whether a tube or foam pump bottle is workable with your product, order a small quantity to test before ordering a larger amount.

In the event that your order the wrong product, notify us by email immediately to arrange for the return of the product. Returns must be arranged within 30 days from the date of shipment. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges and will only be refunded once the items arrive to us in useable condition. You will only be refunded the price of the actual product you are returning.
Our shopping cart can estimate the shipping costs for your order, but your actual shipping costs may be more or less. Please see our Shipping Info page for details.
Order Fulfillment Errors
As careful as we are, sometimes it happens that an order is incorrectly filled. In the unlikely event you receive your package and it's not what you ordered, please call or email us immediately. We will send you the replacement items as fast as possible.
Depending on what you received in error, and the shipping costs to send it back, we may ask that you pack up the items you received in error so they can be sent back to us. In that case we will make arrangements to have the items picked up or reimburse you for the postage.
Please check your orders immediately upon arrival. If an error has occurred we must be notified by phone call or email within 30 days of the date of shipment from our facility. If we are not notified within 30 days from the date of shipment, we will be unable to correct the error.
We pack all of our items as carefully as possible, but sometimes accidents happen. If your package arrives obviously damaged, please do not open it. Note the damage, tell the driver or delivery person and then contact us right away. If possible, take pictures (digital, if you can). We will take care of it and make sure that you have replacement products as quickly as possible.
If you don't see any outward damage but notice damage when you open the box, please let us know right away. You can call or email. We will need a description of the damage, your name, and the order number (so we can track it). If you can take a digital picture and send it to us, that would help (not only with handling your problem, but in making sure that whatever happened can be avoided for other people who order similar items). We will try to get you replacement product(s) as quickly as possible.
